APG Tech Expo 2020 - Exhibitor Registration

Due To The Current Preventative Measures For The Recent Novel Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) And Out Of An Abundance Of Caution, CECOM Has Moved The APBI / Tech Expo To 9-11 June 2020 (From 28-30 April 2020).  All Existing Registrations And Food Reservations Are Still Valid For The New Dates.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, 9-10 June 2020, Team APG will host a technology exposition at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The exposition is an opportunity for industry partners to demonstrate what new capabilities they can provide Army programs/weapon systems, through the use of booths and or demonstrations focusing on government personnel and partnering opportunities with other businesses.

The APG Tech Expo will be co-located with Team APG’s Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) event in order to provide maximum exposure of participants to both interested government personnel and industry partner organizations.

Hours of operation on June 9-11 will be 0800-1600.

Three tiers of display space are available for companies participating in the APG Discovery Tech Expo:

Standard Space - $1,450:
- 1 6ft x 30in table that will allow for a 6ft x 4ft area.
- 2 chairs included
- Can accommodate pull-up banners – 2 behind table 
- Table/chairs can be removed if not required.
- Standard location
- 1 power outlet
- 1 APBI ticket (3-day)
- 1 lunch ticket per day

Silver Vendor – $2,900:
- 1 6’ x 30” table that will allow for a 12’ x 4’ area
- 2 chairs included
- Can accommodate pull-up banners
- Table/chairs can be removed if not required
- Standard location
- 1 power outlet
- 1 APBI ticket (3-day)
- 1 lunch ticket per day 

Gold Vendor - $3,200:
- 10x10 foot display space in an upgraded location
- 1 6ft x 30in table
- 2 chairs included
- Can accommodate pull-up banners
- Table/chairs can be removed if not required
- 1 power outlet
- 1 APBI ticket (3-day)
- 2 lunch tickets per day
- Upgraded signage
- Limited to no more than 5 companies 

Platinum Vendor - $5,000: 
- 20x10 foot display space in a premium location
- 2 - 6ft x 30in table 
- 4 chairs included
- Can accommodate pull-up banners 
- Table / chairs can be removed if not required
- 2 power outlet
- 2 APBI Ticket (3-day)
- 2 lunch tickets per day
- Premium signage
- Limited to no more than 3 companies
