An accomplished veteran of industrial manufacturing for more than 35 years before founding Tight Lines Advisors four years ago, Abplanalp served as CEO & President of Precision Valve Corporation from 2003 to 2013 and as Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2015. 








Dale Tuttle, Partner and the Practice Leader, Withum Digital

Dale has more than 20 years of experience building and operating information technology services firms. At Withum, he helps operate the Firm’s cloud transformation business and works closely with other partners to grow our cloud-focused IT consulting business. Areas of specialty for this business unit include Office 365, data analytics, business process automation, and UI/UX consulting.


Paul Telkamp: Senior SharePoint Professional Services Consultant at Timlin Enterprises

Paul has been working with SharePoint since 2004. I love working with SharePoint and advising on content management. I also enjoy helping others increase their productivity by effectively implementing SharePoint as a solution to the problem or showing how it can be used. I have used a range of Business Process Automation tools. Currently Paul is a Sr SharePoint Consultant building custom applications and processes.

Peter Villeroy Director, Global SAP and Oracle Practice, UiPath

Peter began his career in 2007 at SAP's headquarters in Walldorf as an international consultant for max attention customers. After 11 years of technical SAP consulting, including work for firms HP and DXC, Peter joined UiPath in New York in 2018 and was named director of the SAP practice in February 2019. He is also playing an integral part in launching UiPath's emerging Oracle practice. Peter is passionate about automation, software development, and electric mobility. 



Matt Leonard, Associate Editor, Supply Chain Dive

As Associate Editor at Supply Chain Dive, Matt shares insights about operations, logistics and other aspects of the supply chain. He was previously a reporter for GCN and FCW where he covered government IT, specifically artificial intelligence and automation. He has also spent time at The Smithfield Times, The Commonwealth Times and The Denver Post. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where he majored in journalism and minored in political science; he is currently attending American University to receive a masters degree in analytics.

For 86 years, Arnold Packaging has designed, manufactured and distributed packaging materials.  For the prior 23, Mick has led the company in doubling the number of employees while bringing in five times the revenue. He has brought efficiency to the operation and reduced cost of ownership, just the same as his company does for its customers.  Recently, Mick and his Mick and his team launched Arnold Automation, a division dedicated to helping customers increase productivity. By assessing a company’s readiness for Industry 4.0, and deploying automation like robotics, Arnold Automation can assist in identifying opportunities to create a competitive advantage.
