The 12th annual SS Cape May will be held March 29 & 30 and feature a weekend of music business panels, keynotes, clinics, workshops, mentoring & showcases at the Congress Hall Hotel & the Harrison Conference and 16 local venues.
The 12th annual Singer-Songwriter of Cape May (NJ) will feature two afternoons of music business panels, keynotes, musician clinics, songwriting workshops, mentoring/demo listening sessions and performance critiques at the historic Congress Hall Hotel & the Harrison Conference Center. The next event is March 29 & 30, 2019. The music business conference is open to the public but requires registration. All acts and artists that submit to showcase get free registration. Discounts are available to Students, Military, Vets, ASCAP, BMI, SEASAC and NARAS members.
Our Keynotes and Featured Performers will speak at 5:15pm and Perform to the Public after 8pm in the Grand Ballroom of Congress Hall.
These 8pm shows are open to the public, ticketed and all ages. On Friday and Saturday nights selected acts and artists will showcase at 16 live music venues in Cap May all free and open to the public. Showcase submission is free on Sonibids and Reverbnation thru November and then $20. Acts can also submit using PayPal and MissionTix.com.
The participating venues are: 501 Beach @ Marquis de Lafayette, Aleathea’s Restaurant at the Inn of Cape May, Cabanas Beach Bar, Carney's & Carney's The Other Room, Corinthian Yacht Club of Cape May, Delaney's Irish Pub & Grill, Elaine's Dinner Theater, Fins Bar & Grille, Iron Pier Craft House, The Mad Batter Restaurant and Bar, Congress Hall's Brown Room, Boiler Room and Grand Ballroom and the Ugly Mug.
