Founder City 2021
Over the course of the second half of 2020, Betamore, FITCI, and other community partners came together to plan a new, bigger, more impactful hybrid conference-event, Founder City. Utilizing an app-based video pitch platform, we’ve created a place where founders and investors can connect in a more meaningful way. A VIP pitch competition open to all Maryland-based startups will set the stage for this hybrid conference. Founder City brings together into one place some of the most essential pillars of the startup community; demos, pitches, capital, mentorship and connection. Programming focused around Inspiration, Innovation and Interconnection will highlight our region’s best and brightest, providing exceptional value to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Fueled by top talent and regional leaders, Founder City will end with not-to-be-missed LIVE pitch competitions + celebrations which bring more exposure, more capital, and more mentorship. WE WANT MORE- for our founders, investors and ecosystem leaders in Maryland.
