Hilltop dinner + bottle share.

The best way to experience a region's agriculture is by eating and drinking from the land. On Friday night, the acclaimed Chef Opie Crooks, from A Rake’s Progress in DC, will prepare a spectacular meal over an open campfire featuring ingredients from the Mid-Atlantic’s finest farms and purveyors. Guests will revel in a dining experience that’s authentic, delicious and fun alongside winemakers from around the world. Everyone is asked to bring a special bottle of wine (or two) to share at the communal wine table. Act quickly, this dinner will sell out.

Immersive farm stay.

Sleep under the stars, wake up with the sun, prepare a pot of coffee over the fire, take a stroll through the vineyard, hike in the woods, eat and drink from the land... Summer Solstice is providing an opportunity for a very limited number of guests to stay on the farm on Friday and Saturday night under premium canvas bell tents furnished by Wild Tribe Co with a king mattress, sheet and blanket set, bedside table, side chair, rug, and lantern. This is your opportunity to discover the rhythms of farm life and enjoy the abundance of the Agricultural Reserve for the weekend. Our farm connects to Little Bennett Regional Park, the largest natural gem in Montgomery County. Spread over 3,700 acres, the park offers beautiful scenery, more than a dozen historic sites and over 25 miles of natural surface trails. Explore the wonders and plethora of native plants and animals throughout the forests, meadows and wetlands.
