Introducing a weekly fitness series on the waterfront! Starting on July 26th and running until August 30th, join us from 6:30 to 7:30 pm for Thursday Waterfront Wellness at South Point, Baltimore's newest seasonal waterfront venue.  Unlimited, free parking also available onsite!

Start off by participating in one of two fitness classes overlooking the waterfront: Total Body or Flow Yoga. After your class, reward yourself with a drink at the onsite bar. This event is open to the public and will be held at South Point at West Covington Park, across from City Garage. 

Future drop-in classes are $10.00. Ticket includes class and a complimentary beverage from Wild Kombucha, Dogfish Head, or Ava Grace Vineyards.

Class Descriptions:

FLOW Yoga: Unwind with a gorgeous view during this Vinyasa-style yoga class for all fitness levels. This class combines breathwork with a flowing sequence of poses to help you build strength and improve your balance and flexibility. Don’t forget your yoga mat!

Total Body: Get ready to work every major muscle group in this workout designed to help you build strength, increase your endurance, and sculpt your body. Complete with strength-training exercises and cardio, this workout will utilize the location’s brand-new outdoor gym, including “The Lap” (the new walking path) and fitness equipment.
